How Next Insight handles personal data under the GDPR.
Next Insight B.V. ("Next Insight", "we", or "us") respects your privacy and handles personal data with care and in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. Who we are

2. What data we collect
Via the contact form on this website we collect your name, email address, optional subject and message, and optionally attached files (such as a CV). We only process data you actively provide.
3. Why we process your data
We use your data solely to respond to your message, evaluate a potential engagement or job application, and (where applicable) to schedule follow-up. Legal basis: your consent and/or legitimate interest (article 6(1)(a) and (f) GDPR). For applications: pre-contractual steps (article 6(1)(b) GDPR).
4. How long we keep your data
Contact messages are kept for up to 12 months after the last interaction. Application data (including CVs) is kept for up to 4 weeks after the process is closed, or longer with your explicit consent.
5. Who we share your data with
We use Resend (a transactional email provider) to deliver contact-form submissions to info@next-insight.nl. Resend acts as a processor and has no right to use your data for other purposes. We do not share your data with other third parties unless required by law.
6. Cookies and analytics
This website does not set tracking cookies and does not use analytics tools that collect personal data. Should this change, we will request your consent first.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to the processing of your data, and to withdraw consent. Send a request to info@next-insight.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
8. Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. The most recent version is always on this page.
