That means our people not only receive a solid base salary, but also the freedom to spend their own budget as they see fit. Whether on pension, training, equipment or travel — the remainder is paid out quarterly as a bonus. At Next Insight, professionals stay in control.

Who we are
Next Insight was founded by three experienced consultants — Fons Becker, Thomas Kolner and Marc Blijlevens — with one clear ambition: to offer an alternative to the traditional staffing agency. No model where the intermediary earns the most, but a platform where the professional comes first.
